The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main attractions. The staff was friendly and made check-in smooth. My room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast featured a great selection, and I especially enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee and pastries. The outdoor terrace provided stunning views of the river, perfect for relaxing.

The bathroom was a bit small.

The terrace overlooking the river is breathtaking, and the walk to the Duomo was a scenic gem. Loved having tea, coffee, and pastries daily on the veranda!

I loved that we were just a short walk away from both the beautiful Basilica of Santa Croce and the stunning views at Piazza della Signoria, making it so easy to immerse ourselves in the culture and history of Florence while enjoying delightful strolls through the city streets. we also appreciated the excellent breakfast served on a lovely terrace that allowed us to start our days off right with delicious food and charming views.

The scrambled eggs were not great, and I wished for a better selection. Even though the hotel is under some renovation, my room was quiet and comfortable. I appreciated the secure parking, even though it came at an additional cost. Overall, it’s a great spot with room for improvement.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge. I remember how the staff helped me with sim cards during my first stay. I'll be back for a weekend!

We enjoyed a lovely stay with a stunning terrace for breakfast and a spacious, modern bathroom. The coffee was fantastic and the views made our mornings picture-perfect.
